• Brainstorm new, creative approaches for branding campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, influencers and brands
• Develop new and creative content ideas
• Analyze appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then share recommendations with the core team
• Collaborate with core team to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Manage multiple brand sites with unique brand voice, personality and design standards
• Remain accessible and responsive during the week, occasionally on evenings and weekends
• Handle day-to-day community management by monitoring various email inboxes, website & social media direct messages and comments.
• Assist with travel partnerships and coordinate details
• Assist with additional Team Eva duties and projects as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically Facebook, Facebook Live, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, and additional social media platforms
• Extremely familiar with the “Eva Shockey” brand, voice and overall feel
• Experience with influencer/affiliate marketing programs
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and great time management skills *MUST BE A SELF STARTER.
• Outstanding project management skills
• Networking aptitude
• Ability to understand brand voice and communicate that brand voice effectively to influencers, readers & followers
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Expertise at cultivating community and building relationships through the digital space
• Understanding of current internet/social trends, apps and technology.
• Experience with the following tools & Systems: Planoly, Canva etc 
• Experience with the backend of Shopstyle, LTK and Amazon Affiliate program is a huge plus
• Experience with writing blogs is also a plus
• Confident and comfortable negotiating contracts with agencies and brands
