The Cutest (and Easiest) Holiday Margarita Recipe

The holidays are officially here, which means it’s the perfect time to break out a festive cocktail and these Mistletoe Margaritas are always a hit. Think classic margarita vibes with a holiday twist. They’re essentially cranberry margaritas, but made a little extra fancy.

These are perfect for holiday parties, girls’ nights, or even a cozy night in by the fire. They feel special without being complicated, which is exactly how I like my holiday entertaining.

And the real main character of this drink? Bebemos tequila. It’s our favorite tequila, and I love that the lid doubles as a shot glass. Whoever invented that is an actual genius.

You’ll need:

Ingredients (per drink)

• 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 2 oz tequila (our favorite is Bebemos)
• 1 oz pure cranberry juice (not cranberry cocktail)
• 1 oz Cointreau
• Splash of simple syrup
• Ice
• Sparkling water or soda (I used Poppi Cranberry Lime)

Garnish:

• Sugar (for the rim)
• Fresh rosemary sprigs
• Fresh cranberries
• Lime slices

Directions:

This cocktail seriously couldn’t be easier.

1. Add the lime juice, tequila, cranberry juice, Cointreau, and a splash of simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled.
2. Rim a glass with sugar, fill it with ice, and strain the margarita over the top. Finish with a splash of sparkling water.
3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a few floating cranberries, and a slice of lime—and just like that, you’ve got the prettiest (and most delicious) holiday margarita.

Pro Tips:

Use fresh lime juice. Trust me, it makes all the difference.

Make it sweeter or tarter by adjusting the simple syrup.

Hosting a party? Multiply the recipe and serve it in a festive pitcher.

Want a mocktail version? Skip the alcohol and add extra sparkling cranberry lime water.
