One of my favorite parts of a new year is the chance to reset, refresh, and dream again. There’s something powerful about turning the page and deciding how you want the next season of life to look. Whether your goal is something big, like buying a new home, ORRR something simple, like slowing down and doing more acts of kindness. Every goal matters.
That’s exactly why I love intentional goal setting at the start of the year. Having clear goals helps you stay focused, motivated, and aligned with what truly matters most.
To help you plan and organize your goals, I created a free printable goal planner that makes the process simple and realistic (and yes—super cute too 😉).
This planner is designed to help you:
Tim and I are big believers in writing our goals down. Over the years, we’ve found that when we’re intentional about planning, we’re much more likely to follow through.
Inside the planner, I break goals down into five main categories—the same ones Tim and I use every year:
Having categories helps make goal setting feel balanced and realistic. Instead of focusing on just one area of life, this approach encourages growth across the board.
If health goals are calling your name this year, I’ve gotcha! I wanted to create something that felt doable (not intimidating), so I put together a Beginner-Friendly At-Home Strength Training Plan we can do together, plus a free printable to help you stay consistent and celebrate your progress.

5 Easy Ways to Simplify Your Life
About six months into the year, we always do a goal check-in to see how things are going. Life changes, priorities shift, and sometimes goals need to be adjusted—and that’s okay!!
Our anniversary just so happens to be in June, so we use that as a built-in reminder to sit down together, reflect, and see what’s working (and what’s not). This mid-year reflection has been a game-changer for staying consistent without pressure. Plus it gives us the opportunity to grow in our marriage (fitting for an anniversary, ha!) by coming together to reflect and work as a team for the remainder of the year!
If you’re ready to start the year feeling focused, motivated, and encouraged, this planner is for you! I love hearing that people use this every year, because SAME!
I’d love to see how you’re using your planner!

Here’s to a year full of growth, purpose, and progress—you’ve got this 🤍
