I hate to throw a secret your way, but here it is: I love wine. What, you aren’t surprised?! What I SHOULD say is a secret is that I love easy ways to “hack” my favorite things, and this fancy spritzer is NO exception. You literally need three (four if you’re into using garnish and you might as well to up the fancy ante) ingredients and this will become everyone’s favorite brunch/special occasion warm weather drink.

Rosé Spritzer with Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients:
4 ounces Rosé wine, chilled
1 ounce Prosecco or Club Soda, chilled
2 scoops Raspberry Sorbet
Mint Sprigs, for garnish
Raspberries, for garnish

Scoop the raspberry sorbet into a wine glass, and top with the Rosé and Prosecco. Garnish with the fresh raspberries and mint and serve (and drink several!!) immediately!

It’s too easy and feels so decadent. I love love LOVE little hacks like this. Let me know in the comments if you get spoiled with this on mama’s day; and I give you permission to make yourself one and TREAT YO SELF if not.
