Love all of those ideas Eva! This past year I was in three weddings and I’m always trying to think of creative gift ideas for the bridesmaids! I love the yeti idea, definitely something I will keep in mind in the future for my bridesmaids! Also everytime I see a post of you wearing those anchor beads I just love them! They seem to go with every one of your outfits! Plus I love that it donates to cancer research, my mother is a breast cancer survivor so I am always trying to find good causes and shop local. Thanks for the post! 🙂

  4. Ashlee Smith says:

Fitness routines. I know you are one tough chick lifting those weights, and would love to be challenged. Also if you find anything that helps you feel ready for hunting season.

Also would love to read more about your custom bow setup and accessories.

Hello Eva, Enjoy your articles can tell you are full of life we had a very full life growing up here in the Red River valley, SW Arkansas I crossed the 80 year mark in June but I enjoy building my ideas will send you pictures of my latest 3 slingshots none out like them . Lost my wife of 60 years in Jan. this year. We floated the Red from Dentensen Dam Texas to Shreveport, Louisanna many times . We found many interesting things from arrow heads to a Mastodon from the caving banks the girls are going to try to get the story of the Kissing Tree turned into a book Dot and I had our first Kiss under an 800 year old Cypress tree that lives in an Ox Bow lake we own the tree still proudly stands today. The story of how that took place is unusual to say the least!!Herschel

    Hi Eva,
I love everything about this blog post (& your entire blog too)! The one of a kind jewelry and mugs to the surprise photo shoot. To go out of your way to show your friend how much she means to you is so special. And girl do I feel you about making time for your girlfriends! All I have to say is you are such a thoughtful and caring friend, Eva! Will you be mine ? Any who I think you threw a phenomenal surprise for your friend and I thank you for all the great inspirations!

Something I would love to see you blog about as a fellow gal in love is date nights with your hubby. What are fun things you two enjoy doing together? What adventures/vacations have you two been on and recommended for other couples?

    With love from Minnesota

Loved reading this! The pictures are gorgeous too! I flew over Vancouver Island on my way to a fishing trip in Rivers Inlet last month and it was beautiful from above. British Columbia has stolen my heart and I can certainly see why you love it.

Hello eva! love your blog, read em all with every email notification I get! I would personally love to read a blog about archery, i.e. how to sight in, how to pick a bow for all levels (I’m a beginner) and any pointers about shooting etc

    • Eva Shockey says:

I definitely am planning to write an archery blog! I hurt my back 8 months ago and have barely been able to pull my bow but I’m STARTING to shoot again so I can take some photos and post a blog about it! 🙂

  13. Megan Conatser McCollough says:

Your birth story! Well, actually, Leni’s birth story. It’s the one thing that I’m sure you’ve kept secret, and for good reasons. It’s such a beautiful moment to keep sacred with family only—-but I’d love to hear yours if you’re willing to share!!

  14. Mandie says:

Hello Eva! Blog post idea: share a typical week day for us girl bosses who are trying to balance working from home with being a wife and mother. I don’t have kids yet but I’m hoping my future will hold growing my freelance graphic design business at home while being a mama! Would love to hear how you juggle it all! From struggles to mom hacks!
