Home Tour: Ledge Lounger
Summer is sloooowly slipping away here in North Carolina, but lucky for us, we have an amaaaazing fall that still allows us to enjoy the beautiful outdoors longer and even sneak in a few late-year swims!
Once I was introduced to Ledge Lounger, I KNEW I needed to furnish both our house and the lake house with aaaall of the things they carry. From pool furniture to backyard game fun, they have it all, plus it is all stunning and SUPER high quality! I think my favorite thing about Ledge Lounger is its minimalist look. Simple and classic, but strong and durable! One MILLION percent my style.
Ledge Lounger carries top-of-the-line outdoor patio and pool furniture that makes you feel like you’re at a resort! They’re also commercial grade, so you’ll find them all over at actual resorts – hence the resort vibes (helloooo, sign me up)! While I love the sunshine that NC brings, that sunshine can also do some damage over time. Because of this, I am always cautious when buying furniture that will be outdoors; I want something that will last and keep its color for years of sunshine! Ledge Lounger furniture is made with UV-resistant resin that will keep your backyard oasis fade-resistant for 20,000 hours. That’s 10+ years of fade resistance, holy smokes!
Now let’s dive into a little tour of our backyard resort, where I will be spending a ton of time living my best Ledge Lounger life!
Signature Chaise
Living in North Carolina has been such a hit since we are huge fans of the outdoors in my family. The extended summers allow us to enjoy the outdoors more throughout the year, squeeze in those late summer swims (which the kids LOVE), and since we don’t get much of a winter season, you’ll still find me outside lounging on the patio with a nice warm blanket and poooossibly a glass of something red. The Signature Chaise was the perfect addition to our pool and patio area, and you can find me lounging here for the rest of the days! This one is really the best of both worlds. The chaise can be set up in the pool OR the patio once the cool fall days roll in. We obviously went with white, but then we added a little color and comfort!
For our Signature Chaises, we added the comfiest Chaise Cushions and Headrest Pillows in Cadet Gray. You know I love white, but I’m also one for a tiny pop of a neutral color. Cadet Gray was the perfect color option for us!
For those times when I’m just enjoying the outdoors waaay too much (is that even possible??) and don’t feel like heading indoors for a refill, we added the Signature Ice Basin in Sandstone to keep our drinks ice cold and extend our time in the fresh air. Having this sitting next to the chaises, whether in the pool, on the patio, or next to the fireplace, the Ice Basin is another little luxury that gives off that resort-in-your-backyard vibe.
Nana Weezy has always taught me to protect my skin, and if anyone knows how to age beautifully, it’s her (seriously, have you seen her skin- flawless)! So as much as I love being outdoors, I always make a point to somehow protect my face (on top of everyday sunscreen). The Signature Chaise Shades were the best addition to our Chaises, and now not only can I relax and stay protected, but they also come with the coolest feature! Slide your touchscreen device into the media viewing window to easily access your device while keeping it safe and dry! How fancy!? We went with white for the shades, too, and I can’t get over how amazing they look!
Laze Pillow
Okay, okay! THIS ONE was a must-have! How stinkin’ cute is this Laze Pillow?! This takes pool floaties to the NEXT LEVEL. No assembly required, no time needed to inflate, just unbox and get laze-y!! I’m obsessed.
The best part is that this pillow isn’t JUST made to float; we will be using this baby to lounge in the pool, the lake, the lawn, you name it! Those cool fall nights are creeping in, and what a fun little cushion to lounge on the grass?! Ya’ll know I love neutrals, but I couldn’t resist the Bold Jungle pattern. The green leaves are so refreshing and the perfect color for outside! Like the shades, the pillows are made from marine-grade fabrics to ensure they are protected from fading, mold, and mildew and are trusted to hold up against days at the pool and lake! Most messes can be cleaned by simply wiping with water, BUT the outside cover can also be taken off to machine wash! Ya know, just in case there are any wine spills.
Backyard Games
On top of furniture, Ledge Lounger offers fun games for the entire family! The Signature Slide is a minimal-looking, yet FUN addition for the kids. It is great for the sun shelf, and my kids LOVE it! We went with the white slide to match the rest of our Ledge Lounger pieces, but they also come in other fun colors!
Cornhole is perfect to have while entertaining guests or keeping Leni and Boone occupied. For the house, we went with the cornhole boards in Gray, with Kelly Green and Baby Blue bags for a tiny pop of color! Unfortunately, we can’t swim all year round, so this will be the perfect activity to do outside once the pool is all closed up! We also got a set in White with Pink and Turquoise bags for at the lake, which will be so fun to play while we are relaxing and hanging out with friends there. The lake house isn’t just for the summer, and cornhole is a great alternative to swimming when the weather cools to keep us enjoying ourselves outdoors! OH.. and for the bags at the lakehouse, I went with Pink and Turquoise – so fun!
Adirondack Rockers
The last item on the tour is this amazing rocker! We added not one, but two of these Mainstay Adirondack Rockers in Wheat to the lake house, and I CANNOT WAIT to snuggle up with a blanket and a big ole cup of coffee and spend my mornings rocking this fall.
So, if you need me, I will be enjoying the last little bit of warmth and soaking up every bit of it I can get in our backyard oasis, made complete by Ledge Loungers! We are so pleased with all of their goodies that have truly given our space a resort vibe and will keep us entertained outdoors all fall!
