Let’s talk smoothies! Smoothies are a go-to in my house because they’re quick, easy to take on the go, and packed with nutrients. Plus, when life gets busy, having something healthy ready to grab makes mornings so much easier.
This healthy green smoothie recipe has become one of my weekly staples. I usually make a full blender at the beginning of the week, pop the blender right into the fridge, and enjoy it for the next couple of days. Not only does it save time, but it also helps me make sure I’m getting plenty of greens in throughout the week.
And the best part? It tastes sooo sooo good.
There are a lot of green smoothie recipes out there, but I love this one because it’s simple, refreshing, and loaded with real ingredients. The banana, apple, and pear naturally sweeten everything up, while the spinach and romaine pack in nutrients without overpowering the flavor.

This recipe makes a FULL blender. Leave the leftovers in the blender and put in the fridge. Blend again before enjoying the second time!
