Since my WHOLE LIFE basically feels like it revolves around building and designing our modern farmhouse right now, this version of Friday Finds felt like it could have had 3954313 items on it: but to keep it short and sweet, I narrowed it down to my top 20 favorites–and when we do eventuaaaaaally get to move into this dream house, you’ll spot lots of items from the list below in it!

1. Galvanized Wall Clock-Something about a good galvanized clock or other statement piece makes the room automatically have a farmhouse vibe to it, doesn’t it?!
2. Checker Plaid Pillows-I will forever love a good plaid pillow! They’re the perfect pop of a print against the cozy colors featured in a modern farmhouse, and these are such a great price, too!!
3. Linear Lantern-This is such a cool and unique piece that I love for any space, but the dining room or kitchen area would really have that cozy farmhouse feel with this lantern in it.
4. Cotton Stems-These can be added to literally anything and look good; whether it’s in a basket (see above!) or in a dough bowl, (see below) a modern farmhouse basically isn’t complete without a little bit of a nod to agriculture.
5. Rug-Something about this rug just makes me feel like it belongs in my house–I don’t even care where.
6. Entry Table–This amazing entryway table is the PERFECT way to grab a farmhouse statement piece that is both functional and super cute–and it’s on SALE!!
7. Farmhouse Sign-Let people know where you stand on the decor front and snag this sign for your kitchen, dining room, or pantry.
8. Pivot Mirror-This is one of those items that you buy and aren’t quite sure where to put it because it looks good everywhere–let’s just say that may or may not be my current situation.
9. Counter Stool–These stools are not only high on my wish list, but are also extremely well-priced for these sturdy stools.
10. Oversized Towel-Okay, I know what you’re thinking: but seriously, even this simple towel can make a room’s decor feel different when it’s hanging on the towel bar or neatly folded in a basket.
11. Cotton Wreath–How many of these is a person allowed to buy and still be considered sane? I love the classic look of a wreath, and I can just imagine two of these on my doors leading to our front porch…and back porch…and pantry door….
12. Statement Candle-I love a good candle that smells amazing and is actually attractive to look at: this one is one of my favorites for that combo!
13. Wood Pedestals–These pedestals make me want to have a housewarming party like, yesterday: knowing we will be entertaining in our dream home with these dreamy boards makes me feel like the luckiest person ever.
14. Salt Cellar–Cute, simple, and to the point: these cellars are definitely a farmhouse staple.
15. Pepper Cellar–Whether you use this for actual pepper or tea bags is totally up to you…but you’re going to want this to complete the set for sure.
16. Sugar Cellar-Again, whether you choose to actually store sugar in it or not is YOUR business, but they’ll be way cuter sitting on your counter than a bag of sugar would be.
17. Sliding Barn Door-I could not be more excited to be putting these in our new home, and they’re the fixture/thing that I probably searched for the longest–and I am definitely so happy to have found Rustica.
18. “Hello” Doormat-I get asked about our doormat alllll the time, and it’s seriously one of my favorite purchases of the last few years. You can also choose the size you want, too!
19. Vintage Dough Bowl–Can I get like, 23 of these?! Seriously SO obsessed with pretty much everything this brand has, and these dough bowls are no exception.
20. Wire Bin-Leave it to Chip and JoJo’s line from Target to make me want to buy ALLLLL the things: this wire basket is going to be super cute holding small towels and other decor in the guest bathroom!

I cannot WAIT to be in our new house–it’s so crazy to think this loooooong home build journey has almost come to an end! What’s your home decor inspo?
