POLYWOOD Outdoor Furniture 

We have POLYWOOD sprinkled all over our outdoor spaces, and honestly, it has completely transformed how we entertain. From our pub table to the chairs around our firepit, side tables, and more, they truly have pieces for every part of our life outside.

Not only is it made from recycled materials, which I love, but it also holds up through heat, humidity, rain, and everything in between. Even better, it requires almost no maintenance, which makes it a total win for real life.

Carolina Coops Chicken Coop

Y’aaaaaall, our Carolina Coops setup is still one of my favorite parts of our property. We wanted something that would last, look beautiful, and actually function well long term, and it delivered on all of it. I’m still just as obsessed as I was on day one.

Our chickens, yes Cindy is still living her (his) best life, are living in total luxury, and it has made the whole experience so fun for our family. Even better, it’s been amazing getting Leni and Boone involved. Watching them run out every morning to check for eggs honestly never gets old.

Sauna + Cold Plunge Setup

This is one of those things I didn’t know I needed until I had it, and now I truly can’t imagine not having it. This little wellness space has become part of our weekly routine.

Our Sisu Eddy barrel sauna is not only beautiful with its cedar design, but it’s also incredibly low maintenance and built to last. It’s my go-to during the colder months because it warms you up from the inside out and helps with relaxation and recovery. Honestly, it just makes you feel like a brand new human.

Right next to it, we have the Sisu Drake cold plunge, and I still can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually look forward to it. After a long day of tennis when my body is hurting, it’s the best reset. It helps with inflammation, recovery, and energy, and somehow I’ve become that person who willingly gets in freezing water (most days). Who am I?!

Built-In Hidden Storage

Organization truly is my love language, and these family cubbies have been a total game changer for keeping our home running smoothly. Everyone has their own little drop zone, so bags, coats, and shoes all have a place, and best of all, everything can be tucked away behind closed doors.

Because of that, our entryway always feels calm, clean, and actually welcoming, which is no small thing with kids in the mix. And honestly, I love that they’re just as pretty as they are practical. It’s one of those spaces that proves you really can have both function and a little bit of style.

Laundry Room Must-Have

These rolling laundry carts have made such a difference in our day-to-day routine. Instead of carrying heavy baskets and making a million trips, I can just roll everything from room to room.

I literally feel like a little laundry train going down the hallway, collecting everything and then delivering it back once it’s clean. It sounds small, but it makes laundry feel so much more manageable.

California Closets Dream Space

I’m honestly so sad to leave this closet behind. It has been such a dream, not just because it’s beautiful, but because it’s so functional and makes everyday life easier. Everything has a place, which makes getting ready feel seamless.

California Closets was incredible to work with. They made the entire process so easy and truly brought my vision to life. They will absolutely be on speed dial for any future projects, no question.

Ruggable Rugs

These Ruggable rugs have quite literally saved my life. With kids running in and out, dogs, and just everyday life, our floors take a beating. However, these hold up through all of it.

I have them everywhere, entryway, kitchen, bathrooms, mudroom, and they still look amazing. The best part is you can toss them straight into the washing machine, and they come out looking brand new every time.

Because of that, they’ve become one of those things I truly can’t live without. They make everyday messes feel manageable and keep the house looking pulled together without the stress.

Beddy’s Bedding

If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with Beddy’s. Not only do we use them in the kids’ rooms, but we also added them to our bunk room, and they have been such a game changer.

They zip up so easily, which means making the bed takes seconds, but they still feel incredibly soft and cozy. It’s that perfect mix of practical and luxurious, which is honestly hard to find.

For the kids, it helps them keep their rooms looking clean and put together with very little effort. And for guests, it makes everything feel polished and welcoming without adding any extra work.

Purple Mattress

Not to be dramatic, but our Purple mattress has our whole heart. I absolutely swear by it.

It adapts to your body, relieves pressure, and makes such a difference in how you sleep. Once you have one, it’s really hard to go back to anything else, which is why we used them in multiple spaces in our home.

And their pillows?!.. Also obsessed. If you’re not in the market for a new bed yet, at least start with their pillows- you’ll thank me later.

Built-In Bunk Beds

This space turned out exactly how I imagined, cozy, functional, and perfect for every age. I wanted it to feel like a modern version of a classic cabin bunk room, where everyone gathers and memories just happen naturally.

The custom built-in double bunks made that vision come to life. It’s perfect for guests now, but also gives the kids a space where they can eventually have friends over and feel like they have their own little hangout.

It’s one of those spaces that feels both elevated and nostalgic at the same time, which I love so much.

Brooklinen Towels

These towels are one of my favorite little luxuries throughout our home. I have them everywhere, including our guest bathroom, because I love making our guests feel like they’re staying at a luxury resort.

They are incredibly soft, such amazing quality, and they truly hold up wash after wash. You know when you find something that just feels good every single time you use it? That’s exactly how these are.

It’s one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference in how your home feels day to day.

Coffee Maker Upgrade

Hands down, this is Tim’s favorite feature in the entire house, and honestly, I get it. We drink a lot of coffee, so investing in a high-quality machine just made sense for us.

Every single cup feels like it came straight from a coffee shop, which makes our mornings feel a little more special. It’s one of those everyday luxuries that you don’t realize how much you’ll love until you have it.

Because we use it so much, it’s one of those splurge-worthy items that truly pays for itself in daily happiness.
