I have so many exciting things I want to share on my blog, but I had to kick things off with these Easter treats because you seriously need them in your life. I mean, how cute are these?!
Also, let’s be honest… I’m the girl who will take any excuse to eat chocolate. So when it comes to favorite holidays, Easter is an easy win.
Life gets crazy, especially during holidays filled with gatherings and potlucks. Because of that, I’ve become a huge fan of quick and easy recipes that still feel special.
If you’ve been following along on social, you know I love cooking for friends and family. However, over the past few years, with a baby, travel, work, and building our home, time in the kitchen has definitely become more limited.
So, I’ve learned to simplify.
And honestly? Sometimes that means embracing shortcuts (hello cake mix…no mom guilt here!).
While most of my recipes lean toward the healthier side, like protein pancakes or wild game recipes, these chocolate Easter nests are all about fun. They may not win nutrition awards, but they will win over everyone at the table.
In fact, I brought them to a party last week… and they disappeared fast.

Part of why I love holidays so much is because I genuinely love cooking for people. My kitchen has always been my happy place.
Growing up, I watched my mom cook constantly. Over time, I realized how rewarding it is to bring people together over food.
Right now, we’re building our forever home (I can’t wait to share more soon!). And yes, my dream kitchen is at the top of my list. Think: a HUGE island, lots of space, and room for everyone to gather. Because if I’m cooking, I still want to be part of the fun, serious FOMO over here.
Another reason I love these Easter nests? They’re incredibly kid-friendly.
Not only are they easy to make, but there are no raw eggs or anything risky so taste testing is 100% encouraged.
Leni is still a little young to actually help (unless emptying cupboards counts), but she loved being involved, and yes, she’s definitely inherited my love of chocolate.

Who could ever say no to chocolate on top of chocolate?
These easy no-bake Easter nest treats are one of those recipes that check all the boxes: simple, festive, and guaranteed to be a crowd favorite.
If you make them, I’d love to see! Make sure you tag me on social.
I hope you have a Hoppy Easter,
Eva

Love it your such a great roll model.
I love the way you write ?
What could one use instead of coconut flakes? They are adorable and look very tasty!
Hi Jennifer! If you don’t want to use coconut flakes, I would recommend that you leave them out and just add more oats to keep the consistency the same. Hope you enjoy!
You do write very well. I love these cookies. My BFF makes them for me occasionally on my Birthday. Never had them with the chocolate eggs but I sure would like to try them. I read the first chapter of your book and expect to get a copy of it in the mail any day. The first chapter was very good and can’t wait to read the rest.
Hi Lori! They’re delicious, aren’t they?? Thank you – I can’t wait for you to receive my book and I hope you like it!
Eva, Im only fourteen but I love watching your instagram stories and following with you on your journey. I love to hunt and you are an inspiration!!
These are so cute! I’m all about simple and delish. I love cooking too, but like you sometimes I have limited time. I am SO excited you started this blog! As a woman who loves deer hunting, the outdoors, and have a blog of my own, i can tell yours is going to be my new fave to follow!
I’m about to make these today – they look SO tasty! Thanks for sharing!
Yay, I’m excited to try these!!! You say the Almond Butter is optional, what would you recommend using instead?
Thanks Eva! Your blog is amazing and I’m really enjoying keeping up with it! 🙂
Hi Leah! I’m not sure if you’d like to avoid using almond butter due to allergies or other dietary sensitivities, but pretty much any other kind of nut butter or even sun butter SHOULD work instead. Thanks so much and let me know how they turn out!
Hi Eva your such an inspiration you definitely reach out to young girls and boys and basically everyone about to follow there passion! Your my inspiration and someday I hope to meet you!
