The Gift that Fits Everyone!

Christmas shopping is well underway so I’m wrapping up my GIFT GUIDES with one more! I’ve posted guides for HIM, for HER, for the KIDS, STOCKING STUFFERS and today I’m telling you all the deets on my shopping list for my family! We’re talking SUNGLASSES!!!!!!

Sunglasses are my go-to gift for the holidays because A) they fit everyone and B) they can be used all year long, rather than only a season or two (like that scarf/seasonal mug/santa-shaped soap you’ve been eyeing for Uncle John). You know I am already a HUGE fan of Cabela’s and Bass Pro, but my love for them has grown recently because they added a SUNGLASS OUTFITTERS section to all their locations! If you love sunglasses as much as me, you need to see this place. The Sunglass Outfitters associates are super knowledgeable and helpful and they have a crazy machine that can fit sunglasses perfectly to your face! Like, what?!

The cool thing about them is that they have sunglasses perfect for allllllll the outdoor activities, like shooting, fishing, hiking, sports etc, but also have the stylish everyday pairs for the people on your list who are harder to buy for (I’m looking at YOU, Nana Weezy). They also have an assortment of top performance brands in a wide range of prices so it’s an investment that will last for years, and will make you the favorite ______ (daughter? son? wife? sister? Fill in the blank!)

So here’s the deal… these are the glasses I’m getting as gifts for my family members and since I’m fairly sure none of them read my blog (which is pretty offensive now that I think about it…) I won’t be ruining any surprises because I’m going to share them with YOU!! This way you have time to add them to your wish list, or your to-buy list!!! Here we go….

My Go-To Sunglasses: I love love love these. I wear them on the daily and I get asked about them constantly! I’m a huge Ray-Ban fan, so here are my faves (and click here for these sweeeet lenses!!):

Tim: Tim loves to hunt, fish, camp, workout and basically anything else outdoors so his glasses need to do it all! I found these for him because they’re polarized (for seeing all the big fish!) and durable, plus they look cool. Win-win-win! Click here for this style.

Leni: kids in sunglasses might be one of the cutest things on earth, especially a mini pair that matches mama’s! These are the glasses I got her last year, but held onto until this Christmas when she’s old enough. They have SO many cute colors… I can’t wait until Boone needs his own pair! Nana Weezy–My mom is the HARDEST person to shop for because she has killer style, and I never know if she will like something. My Dad- He’s about as manly and rugged as you can get and he needs a pair of glasses that can handle alllll the things – so I went with a pair from the Oakley SI (Standard Issue) line. I’m pretty sure he hasn’t got new glasses since the early 90’s, so these are a majorrrrr upgrade-ha! And since they’re from the SI line, the lenses are THE most protective which is perfect for shooting and hunting. I got him the black matte frames, with prizm black lenses and you can find those here!
