    Thanks so much for sharing! I am always looking for healthy snacks for my 2.5 year old who loves to snack. And I too try to avoid all the dyes! I feel like I fall in to a rut and give him the same thing over and over so these are great ideas!! Thanks again!!

    I’m so glad I read this, my toddler is super picky when it comes to eating! And the red dye thing, definitely going to try that! She has horrible tantrum’s and night terrors……thank you so much for info!!!

    Excellent post!! I love making all of my snacks and meals for my little. A couple of our favorites is blueberries on skewers covered in strawberry greek yogurt and you freeze them. Frozen strawberry greek yogurt popsicles with cut up fruit mixed inside! Nice summertime snack!

    Thank you for this!! We too eliminated red dye 40 from our daughter’s diet (she’s 8) and she has been missing candy! I never thought about organic candy or Smart Sweets! Amazon order here we come!
